Fake flowers (last forever...)

Sono fiori finti, ok. E allora??? :D

La preparazione del bouquet da sposa, realizzato con la stessa tecnica, mi ha dato lo stimolo per iniziare una lunga produzione di questi fiori, spingendomi a sperimentare una variante nella stessa tecnica (vedrete...).

Nel frattempo, ecco qui, in tono sfumato del rosa e del giallo. :)

Inviti comunione

In occasione della comunione della piccola Ludovica, ecco qui le partecipazioni che la sua mamma mi ha commissionato.

Ha scelto la stessa linea che ho usato per le partecipazioni per il matrimonio di una cliente, lo scorso Giugno, scegliendo però la stondatura coi cuoricini e il fondo con carta metallizzata rosa. 

Una criss cross card davvero elegante e d'effetto.

Inviti per compleanno

Manco da tanto tempo dal mio blog però, nel frattempo, ho lavorato moltissimo. 

Questi che mostro oggi sono gli inviti per il compleanno del piccolo Samuel.  :)

Ho conosciuto la mamma di Samuel, Antia, una mattina di qualche giorno fa. Lei è un'insegnante cubana, da dieci anni in Italia, e lavora come agente Vorwerk. Quella mattina, io ho acquistato la Folletto da lei, e lei mi ha ordinato gli inviti per il compleanno del figlio più un album che inizierò tra breve! :D

Card compleanno

Sui toni del rosa, questa card realizzata su commissione per un compleanno di una bellissima bimba di 4 anni. Ultimamente mi piace abbellire ogni card con le cuciture!|

Ancora stordita dalle abbuffate di Natale e dal tanto lavoro (che ancora non è finito!), non ho altro da aggiungere! :D

Christmas time

Il Natale è arrivato. Per la verità, a casa mia è arrivato molto in anticipo, visto che l'albero delle foto è in bella mostra sin dal 3 Novembre!!! Le mie cugge mi hanno sfidata a battere il mio record dello scorso anno (lo feci il 6 Novembre!) e non potevo non cogliere la sfida! :D

In particolare, per questo albero, l'ispirazione me l'ha data annaelle, anche se il mio albero è certamente meno bello del suo!!! 

In ogni caso... Natale è arrivato! *_*

Lavori per scuola

Questo è un lavoro che ho offerto alla classe dei miei monellini, all'asilo! :)

Mancava una bacheca, in classe, dove segnare gli avvisi per i genitori così... ho proposto alla maestra che l'avrei realizzata io! Le è piaciuta moltissimo! Ed anche a me! :)

La base è un cartone di 4mm di spessore, rivestito con nastro carta e varie carte. Le fustelle sono SIZZIX BIGZ SERIF per l'alfabeto, C.C. DESIGN per la staccionata e punches per i fiorellini. Le nuvolette sono Magnolia! Il timbro è di Lili of the Valley, colorato con i copic.

There wasn't a notices-board in the classroom, where signing messages for parents so... I suggested to the teacher that I made ​​myself! She likes it very very much (and all Mums too!). 

And I like it very much, too! :)

Ogni tanto ci tocca la "giornata IKEA". 

Ho davvero poco tempo per stare al pc, ultimamente. Questa è una delle ultime card realizzate. 

E sto adorando la cucitura!

I disegni di Azzurra

Il post di oggi (è tanto tempo che non scrivo, ma ho creato moltissime cose che mostrerò un po' alla volta!) è un lavoro eseguito su commissione. La mamma della piccola Azzurra mi ha chiesto di realizzarle un raccoglitore dove conservare tutti i disegni che la sua piccola artista Azzurra sta realizzando, in questi ultimi mesi. Da qui è nata l'idea di decorare un quaderno ad anelli.

Halloween, again

Oggi il cielo è terso (almeno da quanto posso vedere dallo spicchio di finestra dalla stanza nella quale scrivo, la mia craftroom *_* ). E non ho molte cose da dire. Quindi... ciao! ;)

Halloween is coming

Sulla festa di Halloween e di quanto ritenga adeguati i festeggiamenti di suddetta festa in Italia ne avevo già parlato lo scorso anno. È un fatto, però, che le mie idee debbano restare mie, e che è necessario adeguarsi agli altri, anche come creative, se non si vuol rimanere indietro.

Ecco quindi queste candele di Halloween: i quadrotti sono candele Ikea, decorate con pipistrelli di cera. Sotto, la confezione.

Ieri è piovuto. Oggi fa di nuovo caldo. Non è sufficiente?!? ^^

Keep your memories alive

Un lavoro realizzato su commissione: un album in cui conservare tutti i bigliettini di auguri ricevuti nel giorno del matrimonio. 

Nasce così quest'album, dalla copertina così ben decorata. Ciascuna pagina, all'interno dell'album, è decorata ed organizzata al meglio per contenere le decine e decine di biglietti. Ho fatto solo alcune foto, spero che vi piaccia! :)

A casa. Dopo una lunga giornata al mercatino. Caldo, maledettamente, dannatamente troppo caldo! Non si riesce nemmeno a spiegare l'aria che manca. E sono stanca!

La base di questo ricettario è un quaderno con anelli rigido. Il timbro è uno dei miei preferiti della C.C. Design. Il cupcake in legno è dell'OPITEC, mentre la scritta è stata realizzata in feltro utilizzando l'alfabeto SERIF della sizzix. Nastrini e bottone. E questo è tutto!

Bomboniere, per un pensionamento. La mia cliente voleva un pensierino da lasciare alle sue amiche e colleghe in occasione della propria pensione, durante una cena a conclusione di un lungo periodo di lavoro svolto nel campo infermieristico.

È stata una cliente squisita, quella che (credo!) tutte le artiste vorrebbero: ha accolto con curiosità e simpatia ogni suggerimento, si è lasciata consigliare, ha avuto la pazienza dell'attesa inconsapevole dell'effettivo risultato finale. Ed è stato tutto gradito. E questo mi rende soddisfatta. Ed orgogliosa! :)

Favors for a retirement. My client wanted to leave a little something for her friends and colleagues on the occasion of his retirement, during a dinner at the end of a long period of work in the nursing field.

She's been a delicious customer, that kind of people (I think) all artists would like to have: she accepted with curiosity and sympathy any of my suggestion, she liked every advice, he had the patience to wait for the final result without knowing anything at all about it. And it was all appreciated. And that makes me happy. And proud!

Autumn leaves...

In preda ad un attacco di creatività, ho realizzato queste tre scatoline completamente fatte a mano. Per realizzarle, ho seguito alcune (semplici, per chi le conosce!!) regole di cartonaggio. E per queste devo ringraziare la mia preziosissima amica di blog Pat che mi ha consigliato l'acquisto di un manuale utilissimo!

Under a compulsive creative fever, I made this three boxes, totaly handmade. To do them, I followed some (simply, for the ones who know them!) rules on cartboard. For this, I have to thank my precious blog friend Pat, who recommended me to buy a very useful book!

Le scatoline hanno all'interno post-it IKEA e sono abbellite con le mie nuove fustelle magnolia e tante carte colorate.

Boxes have post-it IKEA on the inside and the embellisments are my new Magnolia dies and many colored papers!

Nulla più, nulla meno: YOU'VE GOT A FRIEND.

E che altro c'è da dire? Ho ritrovato la mia amica, quella che ha condiviso i momenti più importanti della mia vita, quella che c'era. 3 anni sono passati senza che ci sentissimo. E finalmente la distanza si è colmata. E lei c'è. Di nuovo! E io sono felice! Le altre mie parole per lei gliele ho scritte in una lunga lettera scritta a mano. E questo era il regalino che l'accompagnava.

Nothing more, nothing less: YOU'VE GOT A FRIEND.

And what else is there to say? I found my friend, the one who shared the most important moments of my life, the one that was there. 3 years have passed without hearing something from her. And finally, the distance is bridged. And she is here. Again! And I'm happy! I wrote my other words for her in a long letter written by hand. And that was the gift that accompanied it.

Ogni volta mi dico che è l'ultima, ma poi ci ricasco sempre! Però se questo pacco non mi arriva, veramente mi inalbero!

Sto lavorando parecchio e ho poco tempo per aggiornare il blog, infatti questo segnalibro che posto oggi è un piccolissimo regalo che ho fatto a mio cugino per il suo compleanno, l'ormai passato 10 Agosto (giorno della spedizione dei miei due pacchi, erroneamente spediti in due parcelle, di cui non si sa dove diamine siano, adesso...).

In questi giorni sono ispirata!
